Flora Yoga Workshop

A morning of relaxation and creativity in the beatiful surroundings of Deer Park Farm, looking out onto the beautiful Staffordshire landscape.

Start your weekend with a blissful yoga practice suitable for all levels including beginners, under the guidance of yoga teacher Nyree.  

This will then be followed by a workshop where you will learn to create your own hand tied bouquet from locally grown flowers with Chrissy from Heath Farm Flowers.

Everyone will take home their own hand tied bouquet, boxed and wrapped with a simple vase, to gift to someone special or to take home and simply enjoy.

All you need is comfortable clothing and a yoga mat if you have one, everything else will be provided on the day..... including plenty of cake!
