Join us at the beautiful Branston Golf & Country Club for our late June edition of Yoga Flora: Bloom & Flow. Set at the turning point between spring and summer, this workshop is all about slowing down, reconnecting with nature, and finding creativity in the present moment. You’ll enjoy a gentle yoga session designed to open the body and calm the mind, followed by a hands-on floral workshop creating your own simple hand tied bouquet using seasonal British blooms. No yoga or floristry experience needed—just come as you are and enjoy a peaceful few hours in lovely surroundings. This workshop includes: - A slow and mindful yoga class (suitable for all levels) - A floral arrangement session with locally grown flowers - Light refreshments and time to connect
